Thinking of painting walls in your house? Do you have little people with dirty fingers touching everything they can reach?
I built a new home a few years ago and at the time my kids were young, but pretty much past the age of dirty sticky fingers constantly rubbing against my walls. However I do have neighbor kids and nieces that are several years younger and just love to use my house as their personal hand towel.
Over this past weekend however I was thankful that we painted with a matte finish instead of a semi-gloss. I did some touch up painting in a handful of places using a small roller and low nap roller. By the time the paint had dried I could not tell the difference between old paint and new paint.
